"What is not expressed
in words is sometimes imprinted in evils."
There are other ways of expression to soothe our moods.
Art-therapy uses this universal language within everyone's reach: lines, shapes, colors, movements, images, symbols...
Let yourself be surprised by the many virtues and resources of your creativity to find your way back to balance.

THE ASSUMPTION FRANCE- https://www.assomption-france.org/
My name is Marjorie Waldura, and I am holder of a professional certificate of art-therapist RNCP (recognized by the state, MASTER level).
I studied art therapy for 4 years, including psychotherapy through art (Canadian approach) in various training centers. This allowed me to deepen my knowledge and broaden my range of skills.
My approach is based on the psychology of creativity and the creative process. It's about stimulating the imagination, expressing your emotions and opening up the field of possibilities to overcome your difficulties.
Plastic arts, modelling, collage, photolanguage, sandplay, body expression, sculpture, assembly, mixed media, music and voice... are all paths that I offer to :
-
Change your outlook on yourself, things or events,
-
Regain confidence and regain power over yourself.
This approach makes it possible to soften the resistances and to express, by a symbolic language, the possible sufferings to better understand them, to tame them and finally to cross them :
-
Stress,
-
burn-out, bore-out, brown-out,
-
depression,
-
eating disorders,
-
mourning,
-
HPE/I,
-
hypersensitivity,
-
life transition,
-
vocational retraining & guidance,
-
personal development...
My approach is "humanist*"and takes into account the uniqueness of each person.
My posture guarantees a framework benevolent and non-judgmental.
It's a positioning facilitator of expression and appeasement.
*Humanist: The humanistic approach is a current of psychology based on a positive vision of the human being. It is also a model of psychotherapy that is based on the innate tendency of the person to want to realize themselves, that is to say to mobilize the forces of psychological growth and to develop their potential.
